The Power Of A Nap

Unfortunately for most people the power of a nap is only a daydream after most people work a JOB and are too busy to take a nap. If they are not busy they feel guilty about closing their eyes during the day when they can be doing other things.

Everyone is feeling very stressed and in a hurry nowadays. What happened to the days that were about relaxation and really just doing what you enjoyed?

I know I used to be one of them; I would feel guilty if I took a nap during the day cause I would feel like I did not accomplish anything. Well that has changed now whenever I feel my body needing to relax I obey it and I take a quick nap.

When I awaken I feel great and rejuvenated. I love taking naps and I am sure my dogs do as well.

Great things happen when you let your mind be quiet and you take a nap.

You give your subconscious mind a chance to bring all the things you have asked for closer to you. You give your body the chance to get the rest it requires, and it give you more energy.

So the next time you are feeling sleepy or just want to lie down and close your eyes; know that you are doing your body justice.
